PS is seeking to increase their certificate options for students, including adding multiple levels in courses such as Coding and Bike T ech, and expand offerings to include subjects such as entrepreneurship, media arts, cybersecurity, and real estate through community partnerships. Within each 10-week certificate program – Cooking, Coding, Bike Technology, and Personal Finance – s tudents dedicate time outside of school hours to build skills that will allow them to refine their goals, build self-assurance and discover new opportunities. ![]() This school year, Project Success (PS) is helping more than 500 MPS students prepare for life after high school through our Project Success Institute c ertificate program – There, students learn career & life skills in a welcoming, supportive, high-quality space with professional educators and field experts. Give to the Max Day (GTMD, hashtag #GTMD22 & # PSGrow ) is Thursday, November 1 7 th, and this year there are two main ways to support us : Every year thousands of organizations and individuals generate donations and excitement for Minnesota causes that are working to improve the quality of life for all Minnesotans. For the most creative campaigns, we’re looking for campaigns that Mobilize community engagement: Rally your community through peer-to-peer fundraising, volunteer opportunities, events, social media campaigns, or email blasts. In 2012, the movement began as a causeless day of giving, i.e., donors and volunteers participating in the campaign can contribute to any nonprofit. In 2022, Giving Tuesday will be held on November 29th. Since then, Give to the Max Day has become an annual tradition. It is an annual social fundraising campaign held on the first Tuesday after Black Friday. That initial spark touched off a blast of online giving -$14 million in 24 hours. Give to the Max Day was created in 2009 to launch, a collaborative venture led by Minnesota Community Foundation and many other organizations committed to helping make our state a better place.
